What I do:

  • Install, repair, troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac operating systems, software

  • Troubleshoot, replace, repair computer hardware, screens that are non-touch

  • Install printers and troubleshoot software glitches

  • Setup networks, consult on best practices and fast speeds for small businesses, home networks

  • Dispute myths created by marketers who want to scare you into buying what you don’t need

  • Remove viruses and help you keep them off

  • Upgrade your computer to a fast solid-state hard drive when that makes more sense than buying a new computer

  • Teach whatever you would like to know about computers or software

  • Give you critical advice when buying a new or used computer

  • I am glad to help you troubleshoot or setup other electronics equipment like TV's, camera systems, home speakers — anything technical that seems annoying and torturous.

What I don't do:

  • Repair water damaged computers

  • Repair broken screens on touch-screen computers

  • Repair printer hardware

  • Repair/replace Apple Mac laptop screens

  • Repair motherboards

  • Repair gaming consoles

  • Repair physically broken phones or tablets, but I am glad to help you troubleshoot their software problems.

Fast. Affordable. QUICK!
